Return Eligibility

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as Replay is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds

Exchanges

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Replay will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
